What is my PIN?
Your PIN (personal identification number), or confirmation number, is a four digit code that acts as a password to your library account and library services in general.
If you received a library card prior to 2005, you may not have a PIN. Alternately, the PIN may have defaulted to the last four digits of your telephone number at that time.
How do I change my PIN?
You can come in person to any of our branches to change your PIN. Please bring your driver’s license or other valid photo ID and your library card.
You can also change your PIN by logging into your library account, but to do this you must know your old PIN. Once you are logged in, go to My Account, located in the top right corner of the page. In the Personal Information Tab, click “Change Pin.” Enter your current pin and your desired change. Select “Update.”
