Join us at the Village Library in Pickens on Tuesdays at 10:30am for some light exercise and fun motivation! Beginning Thursday, May 19, class will meet on Thursdays (instead of Tuesdays) at 10:30 during the summer months.
Each week will feature something new – we’ll do some light cardio, walk the Doodle Trail, some light resistance, strength training, etc.. Come join us each week for fun and fellowship.
