While our in-person events are on hold, we are creating virtual programming to keep you learning and entertained.  We are planning the following activities on Facebook (PickensCountyLibrarySystem) and YouTube. Since May is National Physical Fitness and Sport Month, Ross Goodacre, Director of Coaching at Easley Soccer Club, will host a short video for kids featuring an introduction to soccer and a demonstration.

Carry-Out Crafts: Colorful Metal Washer Wind Chime

Thursday, May 13th at 1:00 PM

The May Carry-Out Craft for adults is colorful metal washer wind chimes. Using metal washers, twine and paint, Stephanie and Nora will show you how to make a fun wind chime to enjoy outdoors over the summer. To reserve your carry-out craft kit containing all the materials you will need, just call us at 850-7077 during library hours and let us know if you’ll be picking up your kit at Liberty, Easley, Central-Clemson, or Pickens. Sign-ups begin on the date of the program – April 8th.
