The Pickens County Library System is excited to host our first annual Winter Craft Fair this November at the Liberty Recreation City Gym. We’re looking for creative vendors who would like to share their handmade goods and unique creations with the community.
Whether you create artwork, handmade gifts, home décor, jewelry, seasonal items, or other one-of-a-kind products, we’d love to hear from you!

Become a Vendor
Vendor applications are now being accepted. Interested vendors should complete our online application, which allows you to tell us about your business, share your social media pages, and provide photos of your products and anticipated booth setup.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors will be contacted with additional information once their application has been reviewed.
Please note: The Winter Craft Fair is dependent on receiving enough vendor applications to make the event possible. If we do not receive enough participating vendors, the event may be canceled. Vendors will be notified if the event is canceled.
Important Information for Vendors
All approved vendors will be required to obtain a Special Event Permit from the City of Liberty for the Winter Craft Fair.
After you are accepted as a vendor, library staff will provide information about completing the permit process. The permit application must be submitted to Liberty City Hall for processing.
Vendor Requirements & Fees
- City of Liberty Vendor License: All vendors are required to obtain a $25 Vendor License from the City of Liberty.
- Vendor Fee: The fee is $10 for vendors with a table or $20 for vendors without a table. The fee must be paid to the Pickens County Friends of the Library. The Friends of the Library support library programs, book purchases, local literacy efforts and more.
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Event Participation: Please note that the Winter Craft Fair will only be held if enough vendors register to make the event possible.
Please note:
- The Special Event Permit is required for each approved vendor.
- The permit will be valid for the Winter Craft Fair only and cannot be used for other events in the City of Liberty.
- After the permit application has been processed, the City of Liberty will contact the vendor regarding payment.
- Permit payment may be made by check or credit/debit card. Cash payments are not accepted at City Hall.
- If paying by check, payment may be submitted with the permit application. Credit/debit card payments can be made after the application has been processed in the city’s system.
